1. Overview

At Trois Chéries, each piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our jewelry, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our brand.

Trois Chéries is a brand owned and operated by Saladain Trading and conducts its business activities within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color, size, or design (due to handmade nature)
  • Items with natural, synthetic, or decorative stones differences
  • Custom or personalized orders

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof (photos/videos) of the issue.

6. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending the item

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

8. Important Notes

  • Due to the use of mixed gemstone types (natural and non-natural stones), slight differences are expected and are not considered defects
  • We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing
